Incoming mail delayed by 2-3 hours!


Is this usual?

I am new to Zoho. At first I thought it wasn't working at all. I switched my mx records and after the appropriate TTL expiration began receiving email in a timely manner. But today I thought maybe my dns records had reverted. I double checked everything, but my test emails did not go through, and neither did they bounce. Now 3 hours later, some are starting to trickle through.

Is there a place in Zoho where active problems are announced and ETA's published? That would be very reassuring.

In the meantime, for this particular problem, is Zoho aware? Is someone working on it?

And to other users, is this a common occurrence? I live and die by email, so this won't really work for me if so...
