Incoming mail delayed within Zoho

Hi. Yesterday there was a big delay in receiving some email messages in Zoho. They eventually arrived several hours later. When I looked at the received headers the messages had arrived at Zoho very quickly (less than a minute). But they were not visible in the web user interface until hours later.

The sequence was like this. The messages were sent at '16 Aug 2014 08:51:44 -0000'. That is 08:51:44. They arrived at mx.zohomail.com a few seconds later at 'Sat, 16 Aug 2014 01:51:49 -0700 (PDT)' that is 08:51:49.

I kept looking in Zoho mail and the messages were not there, either in the inbox or in the spam folder. Also they were not visible in the Thunderbird IMAP client. I waited for over one hour and the messages had still not arrived.

I gave up and came back to Zoho later in the day. By that time the messages had all appeared in the spam folder (wrongly). As I said the received headers showed the messages had got to Zoho very quickly and then disappeared for a long time before they were visible. Other messages around the same time were received normally. So the problem may relate to the messages being flagged wrongly as spam.

Can you please say how messages can be delayed like this and whether I can do anything to speed up the display. Thanks, Bob
