We are missing tons of emails over the last 3 days, and the very decency of at least replying to previous tickets doesn't exist. There is no info mailer to notify customers of ongoing issues. We have to learn from your forums on your ongoing issues. Being in the Telecom/ICT industry ourselves I have to say you have an pretty lame duck DDOS mitigation system which is incapable of identifying legitimate vs illegitimate traffic and it turn ends up delaying or simply blocking legitimate email traffic of paying customers.
Please provide us an update on the issues and when we expect a fix, as we cannot continue into the next week with these kind of issues.
