Incoming mail not working & custom URL not working aswell

Incoming mail not working & custom URL not working aswell

I am a user of zoho mail from about 1 year, all were working perfectly until yesterday. Now there is no incoming email and aswell custom URL also not functioning mail.klonec.com

Any help in this matter is very much appreciated.
