Incoming mail to multiple recipients?

Incoming mail to multiple recipients?

I am trying to set it up so inbound email sent to a specific address will be sent to multiple email addresses from with my organization? How do I set up this functionality? It is imperative that this feature is available for us.

Example: All incoming email to shortsale@rachmascap.com is forwarded to both tim@rachmascap.com and bryan@rachmascap.com.

Please advise ASAP.
