I am using Outlook 2013 on my PC and an iPhone to access my Zoho mail account using IMAP. Incoming messages on my PC are arriving around 12 hours after they appear on my iPhone. I seem to have the accounts configured the exact same, but there seems to be an issue somewhere. A friend is using Office 2016 for Mac and they have setup a test email address using the same Zoho account and incoming messages for them are arriving ten minutes after being sent, so the issue seems to be related to Outlook 2013 on PC.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?
