Who of us have heard "We are currently working on this" or "We do not have any plans to work on this at any time", only to have 2+ years go by and it is not any further along.... despite a global customer base asking for it.

Trust me, I am a huge ZOHO fan! I love the line of products and the flexibility and adaptability of the tools. All I am asking for is please, please finish some of the basic features that are not quite right. I would even go for that over new features.
