Incorrect decision outcome

Incorrect decision outcome

Hi There,

My flow is triggered by a new Lead in CRM. It goes through an initial decision and posts a message to Slack depending on the type of request (a field in the lead form).

Then it goes through another decision to check whether the 'newsletter' option has been checked on the Lead form. At this point it always uses the default outcome rather than the correct outcome.
