Incorrect time showing on the syetm

Incorrect time showing on the syetm

IVe set the time zone to the UK GMT , however the system indictes that changes have taken place at Oct 14, 2006 4:10:57 PM , when in reality it is Oct 15, 2006 00:10:57. which is what the clock on the home page shows. how do i get the time that shows for changes and modifications to mirror the actual time that it is here in the UK and the time that the clock on the home page shows??
