Currently there is a limit of 10 Contacts showing in the related items list in Accounts.
This makes it very easy to miss a particular hidden contact, for instance the 11th contact, as the employee does not know or forgets to click on the arrow to show the next page of items.
What we need is to have this feature customizable, so that one can show 10, 12-15, or whatever number of contacts required. I imagine this to be useful for any of the records, not simply accounts and contacts.
Can this be implemented in Zoho without much trouble?
