Is it possible to display a chat screen after the sales IQ/Zobot bubble is clicked?
The workflow currently displays a button
The button is clicked, then it asks to click phone or chat
Then it asks for name, phone, email and message
Then it allows the user to ask a question
Can the above be bypassed so the user can ask a question when the bubble is clicked?
It can then ask for those details later.
No other chatbot operate this way as it decreases conversion rates.
Please advise if possible?
