We are experiencing long delays upon updating customer records in zoho crm, this generally starts in the afternoon and is becoming quite unbearable for our staff.

I have validated that the internet connectivity is sufficient, we are able to stream 1080p videos without problem on our 20 meg connection. But after pressing the save button when editing a client record we are faced with 30 second to 1 minute wait times.

Is there any advice or diagnostic advice you can help us with?
