We are using Zoho CRM for order entry. 

Current process: 

 - enter sales order data 

 - save

 - open print preview window

 - print

-  close print preview window

-  reopen sales order 

-  edit sales order

-  check box for "printed"

-  save sales order

Would there be a way to automatically flag the order as "printed", instead of reopening and editing the sales order?
