There are a number of individual accounts that will need to be migrated over and I do not have access to the passwords for each. I am wondering if it is possible for each individual user to login to their new Zoho account and migrate their email from FastMail to Zoho, or if the administrator (me) needs to migrate all the accounts through a "master account".

On the other hand, is it possible to set up the new accounts on Zoho like this:

• Create Zoho account and add all email addresses to the account
• Change MX records to point new mail to Zoho
• Change the passwords of each account on Fastmail (therefore I will now have all the passwords)
• Migrate the old emails to the new Zoho accounts as described in the Migration POP/IMAP section

What is the best way to handle this type of migration?
