Greetings,
RE: The Industry Pick List which is changed in the Account Seeting module, eihter by using Edit (then apppend) or Replace Feature.
1) Replace feature does not replace a selected Industry in Leads module
2) Edit (append to list) adding new a new choice does not carry back to Leads module
Note: have not tested with other modules, only Leads
