I want to send client's a customer satisfaction survey every 90 days, 6 months and 1 year. Is there a way to get their answers or that form/survey to auto-populate in their account after the client completes the questionnaire? 

In the same sense, we often send out pre-sale questionnaires and it would be amazing to know if I build the questionnaire in Zoho Forms, if I could have that form/their answers auto-populate in their account. 

Currently we have the questionnaire built as a Word Doc that they fill out and return. I have to save it to my desktop then attach in their Zoho accont.
