We are experiencing a critical issue with our database on ZohoCRM.

When clicking on an individual contact, their profile opens up empty. Except for a name and phone number, all other fields are without a value or information.

When looking at the view for all contacts, the values and information for these profiles can be seen in the predefined fields, but this disappears when opening up the individual profile.

This is a serious issue which is holding up our operations, please assist us to a) understand the nature of the problem, and b) solve the issue.
