Info : null error after mapping to the owner

Info : null error after mapping to the owner

There is an error only after entering the owner name while updating/adding any record.
If so, can someone kindly supply a script to accomplish this? And explain how to execute said script in Zoho CRM.I understand this may be asking a lot of the free community, but there are no custom variables involved here so I would imagine a "one script fits all" would apply.  Thank you.
