I have tried several times to work out what is going on here. These are the steps I have followed:
1. I have customised fields in line with our business and customer information
2. I have mapped the fileds correctly so the information is populated from Leads to Potentials to Accounts and Contact information.
3. Yesterday the address information populated ok, today the address information is not carried over from the potential to the Account (when this is created from a new potential to create a new account.)
4. My Account information fields are mostly empty yet the mapping shows that they indeed are organised correctly.
Do you have any suggestions. We are new to Zoho and really need this to work easily for our business.
