Informe missing, info has dissapeared

Informe missing, info has dissapeared

Hi,

We have been using a report (informe) in which we were able to see the call history report for our team per day. Since yesterday the same report is at 0, we have lost all the info. So we are not able to track the calls. I attach an image of the tool "report.png".

We need to see in this report the total number of call per person, in the report named "Llamadas de hoy" we can see all the calls but we need to compile this info by team member.

Could we have some help?
