Initial setup

Initial setup

I'm trying to make a team inbox using an email alias that currently only comes to me. All the email is done through zoho mail. However when I try to process this I get the error message an internal error has occurred please try again later. I've tried reaching out for support but was told there is no phone support for TI. Where can I get some assistance for the initial setup?
