Dear FSM Support Team,

We would like to ask for your guidance regarding the daily monitoring of technician attendance in Zoho FSM.

Currently, in the Reports module, we can generate the Field Technician – Check in/out report, which shows the technicians who have recorded their attendance. However, our requirement is to identify service resources who have not completed their daily check-in or check-out.

Our requirement is as follows:

• Our technicians work on different and changing schedules, so we cannot define a fixed shift or specific check-in/check-out time for each technician.
• We simply need to verify whether each active technician has recorded a check-in at any time during the day.
• Technicians who are on Annual Leave, SL, or other approved Time Off should ideally be excluded from the list.
• We would like this to be automated, preferably through a workflow, scheduled automation, custom function, or any other available FSM feature.
• Ideally, the system should generate or send a daily list of technicians with missing check-in and/or check-out records.

Alternatively, is there a way to achieve this through the Reports module?
