Insert answer options in bulk for group choices

Hello fellow form builders,

We introduced the group choices option long ago (check out the full announcement here) to cope with a long list of answers in the Dropdown field. It optimizes this field while keeping the options organized and neatly captioned.  

While you can create an easy form-filling process for your respondents using this option, we want to ensure less hassle for you in getting those answer choices inside forms. And here's how!

Import answer choices—copy and paste your text or enter them all at once
Click the  icon and paste the answer choices you've used. You can also enter your choices by separating them with a comma or adding them in a new line. Watch it get reflected as grouped choices right away.



Replace existing choices checkbox
If you want to remove the existing choices you've entered and allow only the imported values to be chosen from the dropdown, click the Replace existing choices box to replace them.



Besides this new enhancement, we already support the Import option for the Dropdown and Checkbox fields. Here, you can enter new values, or choose from any of the pre-defined values listed on the left-hand side.
