Insert Call/Telesales Script in Leads & Opportunities
We are going to have our telesales team / lead gen group use ZOHO to make outbound phone calls. Rather than have them flip back and forth between apps / tabs I'd like to insert a call script at the top of the lead and opportunity layouts so that they can read the script, then answer the questions in the fields I have already created to qualify opportunities. The issue I am running into is that all of the field options are for input rather than displaying information. I need a field or box that I can display a sales script and/or instructions to the user in. Is that possible?
