I've been using the Insert Image function on and off for some time when composing Zoho Mail, but only now has someone told me they are not being received.

The images show fine in my Sent mail, but I have just sent test emails to my old Gmail account and to my wife's Yahoo mail, and sure enough blank messages were received, with no images.

But next I sent a message to my own Zoho address,and that did contain the image.

This suggests to me that inserting images only works between Zoho Mail users. Am I right?

I have looked at Insert Images in the Help Docs which does not mention this.
