insertRecords error:4835 on CDATA with &
When you try to insert records into Accounts with & in the "Account Name" field it fails even though it is in CDATA tag.
example:
authtoken=validtoken&scope=crmapi&duplicateCheck=2&version=4&xmlData=<Accounts><row no="1"><FL val="Account Name"><![CDATA[C & C Instruments GMBH.]]></FL></Accounts>
