Installation problem on vps running isp management Ispconfig

Hi.
I have a ubuntu vps running a isp management ISPconfig.
I have installed Virtual Office and have opened the web and mysql port on my Bastille Firewall.
In my vps already running a mysql server..for this reason have modified the mysql server port of virtual office in your .xml config file..
Now..when try to start VO, it not respond and after many second write me a mysql error port:

Unable to start MySQL server on port 65000. Please free the port.

I have sure added the port 65000 how open in my firewall....

Another question....
I want use VO in my website with www.test.com...I have to install VO in web public directory of my site...? is secure this type of installations?
