Installing on a domain on a cPanel server

Is there a known process or any known issues with installing the Virtual Office on a domain account which is on a cPanel/CentOS machine?

I have shell access and obviously already have Apache and MySQL installed on the system, will the JBoss, Apache or MySQL interfere with these existing services?

I presume there is some method to set an alternative port for the MySQL so it doesn't clash with the system MySQL or if possible actually use the existing Apache and MySQL installs??
