In the latest version (v 2.6.12) of the Zoho Desk iOS mobile app, we have brought in support for Instant messaging integration.

What is Instant messaging?

Zoho Desk's IM is the perfect messaging platform to take business to the next level by making customer communication easy and efficient. For instant support to customers, we allows most popular messaging apps like WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram and WeChat to integrate within desk app. It's easier for customers to reach businesses like never before.

Key Features:

  • Manage customer queries instantly coming from any of the above messaging channels.

  • Improving engagement capabilities by easy sharing attachments and sending Canned Responses to common questions.

  • One-click assignment of conversations to the right agent.
