I've downloaded the Zoho Exchange Migration Wizard and would like to import my emails from a pst file. When I select pst and next, I'm prompted for a Login email and password. Nothing I enter is recognized: "No Such User. Try Again."
I've tried logging in with the super admin account and others, but nothing works.
If I click on Settings, I see a number of fields. Should I complete any of them? If so, which what?

By the way, I'm using my own domain name with zoho and I'm in Europe. I only mention this because when creating an account for the forums, it didn't like the region I'm in.
