It seems there might have been some confusion here. Upon re-verifying your Zoho Desk profile, it appears you’ve been on the Free version since 2018. In this version, the "Analytics" module isn’t supported. The available modules are limited to Tickets, Knowledge Base, Customers, and IM.
Could you double-check if you might have used a different Zoho Desk account for this process? Customizations or additional modules aren’t possible in the Free version.

We’ve confirmed that this feature hasn’t been modified and has been unsupported in the Free edition from the start. Do you happen to have any sample details or downloaded reports we can review? Feel free to share them with us at support@zohodesk.com, and we’ll validate this further.
