Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation while trying to do get, create or list tickets

Hi there, I'm trying the Zoho Desk API, already get the token, with scope=Desk.search.READ,Desk.tickets.ALL,Desk.basic.READ
but I haven't been successful trying to use the API, can you help me?
