I currently use ZOHO CRM for my lead tracking as well as client conversion.  We are wanting to build a client intake form that connects with CRM and can eventually be used to Zap to another system.  I have been looking into building it through Zoho Survey, however I am wondering if Forms is the way to go.  Here is what I need it to do:

-E-mail to lead or send them a link to the Intake Form

-Save halfway through and be able to pick it up from another computer/iPad

-Associate with CRM to pre populate fields and also create a lead in CRM if there isn't one

Any suggestions on the way to go would be helpful. I have built the intake in the free edition of Survey for now, and I like it so far, but want to make sure I am using the system to maximize my results.  I have attached a copy of our current form that we are attempting to create an online option of.
