Our organisation is using Zoho Cliq with Zoho CRM Plus more and more due to the coronavirus and distance working.

It could be great to have the application directly in the Zoho CRM Plus menu (cf. bellow) to facilitate the access to the application for person who want to have a better view of their conversations sometimes hard to manage from the small windows included at the bottom of Zoho CRM.
