Integrate Email and Activity/Task History
It would be great to be able to see the true chronological history in an account record with email history and closed activities shown in one section in the actual order each were completed instead of looking at activity history and then looking at email history and then figure out what order the actions were really completed in. (Does the run-on help illustrate what a pain this is?)
