Integrate "only our outgoing" phone calls to Zoho-CRM.

Hi

we're working with a swiss VoIP-Provider (www.e-fon.ch) and got Snom320 phones. 
Our System we're working with is OSX.10.9 and the Browser is Google Chrome-Version 38.0.2125.101.

So, now we're need to integrate "only our outgoing" phone calls to Zoho-CRM.

How could we do that?
