Integrated Web Form not working

I've embedded a form in our company website using wordpress, but it doesn't seem to work. I had several people test it from different computers, but they all reported they don't get any feedback after sending the data while they should be redirected to a specific page. Moreover, CMR integration doesn't work, no lead is created.
