we are looking for API CTI integration to connect our SIP-based Call solution to Zohodesk.
We need at minimum basic functionalities such as a contact popup on incoming calls, click-to-dial, call logging, and similar.
We already have our phones and PBX. When we receive a call on it, we would like to call Zoho Desk API to have a POPUP with a contact in Zohodesk. Also, we would like to be able to click to dial from Zohodesk to somehow make a call with our PBX, call API to log a call...
Is this possible with provided Zohodesk API and how would I integrate my third party calling app with the Zoho desk?
