I would like to track the clicks from a FB Ad campaign into my website via marketinghub.  I cannot currently add a MH form directly to my FB page, as I receive an error telling me I need at least 2000 subscribers on FB to be allows to do that (yikes!)

What is the best way to set up MH so I can track which FB are converting well?  I know I can reach the FB reports directly, but these do not track conversions from the MH forms on my website.
