Hi, From your help pages, it is not clear,

how my gmail account can be added to zoho mail

so that I can see all mails in my gmail inbox from within Zoho.

 

This is what I wan to set up: all the mails that comes to my gmail account

needs to be transferred to Zoho,

so that I can respond to all mails from Zoho.

 

I saw a video http://www.zoho.com/crm/crm-email.html,

but the screens in it is totally different from what I see

(may be the screens are only for a paid account, and mine is a free account?)
