Integrating responses to a ZOHO survey into a potential in ZOHO CRM

The satisfaction survey I've created can be sent via ZOHO campaigns to Contacts that have a Won potential against them. So far so good. 

The next step is to integrate the responses to the questions back into ZOHO CRM. Here I can see that mandatory fields set up in ZOHO CRM Potentials filter through - so that I'm asked to select a corresponding question. See screen shot below.

Naturally the potential name, stage etc., shouldn't be overwritten with the answer to a question in the survey. I do not want to make these fields optional in ZOHO CRM.

Is there any way around this?
