How can I integration the E-Mail account (Imap), what is used for ZOHO Campaign into the ZOHO CRM ?
E.G.: Replay’s (answers) from E-Mail-CampaignsBackground:
1. We are using office 365 as our standard accounts. The personal E-mails are used in the ZOHO CRM .
2. For ZOHO campaign we are using a separated Imap account with a different Domain (not 365).
My first Idea, using the BCC Dropbox, where each Replay is forwarded to the BBC Dropbox, is not working
Any ideas what is the best practice?
