Integrating survey with crm - anyone?
would like to be able to pull up a contact on crm, call them and ask them questions i put together on survey. then have the survey report attached to that client on the crm. also, would like to see the totality of surveys done on all the clients at the end of the day.
anyone know what im talking about?
