Hi Deniz,
I believe you were subscribed to paid PageSense account earlier, so you cannot integrate without upgrading your PageSense account. As a workaround, you can request any other admin from your portal to enable the integration which would activate the integration by creating a free PageSense account for that admin.

Hi Ash,
I did check PageSense last year when we started to work with Zoho but we never did use it. The trial session has ended and now it requests me to upgrade to a paid version. Could you please somehow reset our account on PageSense and let us use this integration.
