Integrating Zoho CRM with Gmail

I'm looking for an open source CRM tool that integrates with Gmail. It looks like that has been tested by some people here. Has anyone had any luck with integrating ZohoCRM with Gmail? If so, could you provide some detail on how you set it up, and whether or not you found it efficient.
