Integration into Outlook

Hi,

I'm trying to configure my outllook with the Zoho plugin.

I've synced my contacts okay, tasks and calendar too. When I try to sync email it works for sent items, but any emails that come in from the contacts do not sync, nor do they if I go to the addon and add manually.
