Integration List / Fill Calls in CRM with form

Integration List / Fill Calls in CRM with form

Hi all
I have a form where our staff pre-qualifies incoming calls.
Now I want to populate an associated list in the CRM Contacts module.
This works very well with the note-list/module
But if I want to fill the calls-list/module instead, it does not work.
The connection works, but no entries are generated.
Does anyone know the problem or a solution ?
