Hi,
I have initiated one way integration from Zoho CRM to Zoho Desk. Yesterday the accounts managed to sync but I then also created 2 contacts and as of now (at least 16 horus later) it has not synced them, they cannot be found in Zoho Desk. How can I resolve this? It's not working as expected. As accounts and contacts are key items you'd expect them to synchronise immediately if not rather quickly. I have included an attachment which is a screenshot showing the sync is active but nothing in the 'Sync History' or 'Failure Log' tabs indicating that it hasn't even attempted to do it.
