integration of Word document to Template file

Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users,

We recently started using Zoho Campaigns and have difficulties setting up email templates.
We prepared a lot of marketing material by word documents, but so far we haven't found a way of smoothly merging these files into Zoho Campaigns. Could anyone tell us the options currently present to us, or how to make this process easier?
