Integration of ZOHO CRM, Gmail and Zoho Mail

Hello! Day after day Im finding Zoho to be the best decision in my business this year. Today I learned about functions of Zoho Mail.

So I was super excited that with zoho mail I managed to set my unique email with my own domain. Without even paying. Now Im trying to understand how to make zoho CRM (which is my main app I use) to work properly with Zoho Mail. Would be perfect if Zoho Mail could just pull the contacts from zoho crm and make sure that if I make any changes in CRM contacts - it would also change under the contact in zoho mail.

I have no idea if that's possible as I just configured my inbox few hours ago but it was not easy to find the answer.

Im migrating to zoho mail from gmail but there is A LOT of emails in my GMAIL account I don't need to migrate. It would be best if I could just migrate the emails only from contact's that I have in my Zoho CRM database either as contacts or accounts. Even if it would take me some time to do - its better not to migrate emails that are some marketing spam sent from unknown to me sources.

Of course paying for zoho mail plan is something to do in the future - let me just learn about the basics first :)
